We kindly ask everyone to be guided accordingly.

Please be informed that the implementation of the campus office hours below is in accordance with the Memorandum Order issued by the CSU Office of the University President regarding the implementation of a compressed 40-hour workweek for all administrative personnel, designated faculty members with an Equivalent Teaching Load (ETL) of at least 12 units, and Contract of Service (COS) workers.

Effective the Second Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, the following schedules shall be observed:
Class Schedules
• Monday to Thursday: Regular onsite classes
• Friday to Sunday: Online lecture classes, onsite laboratory classes, and onsite NSTP/ROTC classes

Campus Office Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Essential and frontline offices may still observe a Monday-to-Friday service schedule, with personnel assigned on a rotational basis to maintain uninterrupted delivery of services.
