Sometimes, the best conversations begin with a simple โ€œ๐˜’๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข ๐˜ฌ๐˜ข?โ€ and a warm cup of coffee.

This coming October 19โ€“22, 2026, the CSU Solana Campus Guidance Office invites everyone to ๐—ž๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ž๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜‚๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป: ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐—ฎ ๐—œ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป, a Mental Health Celebration dedicated to fostering meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and a safe space where everyone can feel heard, understood, and valued.

Through this initiative, in partnership with the Campus Student Council (CSC), Office of Student Development and Welfare (OSDW), and Gender and Development (GAD) Office, we hope to remind everyone that every story matters, every feeling deserves compassion, and no one should have to navigate lifeโ€™s challenges alone.

So, take a pause, grab a cup, and let the conversations flow. You donโ€™t have to have everything figured out to show up. Sometimes, all you need is a little warmth, a listening ear, and a safe space to be yourself.

Come as you are. Share your story. Find your safe space.

Because every cup holds warmth, and every conversation has the power to make a difference.
