Campus Sets Goals at its Operational Planning
CSU-Solana is poised for a transformative future following its successful Operational Planning and Target Setting event held on May 13-14, 2024. The two-day event was a milestone in the university’s long-term enhancement efforts, featuring activities aimed at fostering engagement and collaboration among faculty and staff.
In his address, OIC-President Engr. Arthur G. Ibañez inspired the audience with his call to action: “Dapat ang puso, nasa CSU.” His words underscored the necessity of a passionate commitment to the institution's advancement. Engr. Ibañez emphasized the collective responsibility to drive CSU-Solana toward greater success.
Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao, the University Technical Adviser, presented the Planning Framework for 2024. Her discourse encouraged participants to aim higher and continue striving for excellence. During the event, participants engaged in the proposal of an innovative process tailored specifically for CSU-Solana, signaling a proactive approach to future challenges and opportunities.
The event concluded with Campus Executive Officer Engr. Ma. Haidee A. Mabborang’s heartfelt remarks. She extended her gratitude to all attendees for their active participation and to Engr. Ibañez and Dr. Dumlao for their invaluable support. Engr. Mabborang’s remarks highlighted the successful execution of the event and the ongoing dedication to the campus’s development.
