Cagayan State University Solana-Lara Campus demonstrated its steadfast commitment to excellence by participating in the University-wide ISO External Audit conducted on October 14-15, 2024. The audit, facilitated by Certification International Philippines' ISO Audit team, rigorously evaluated the operations of selected offices and colleges to ensure compliance with quality standards and institutional guidelines.
The two-day audit was conducted by Engr. Justo R. Batoon Jr., who examined the campus' adherence to established protocols aimed at improving operational efficiency and fostering excellence in service delivery. This initiative underscores the campus' dedication to enhancing both academic and administrative functions.
Campus Executive Officer, Dr. Ma. Haidee A. Mabborang, expressed her pride in the campus' proactive approach to quality assurance. “Our participation in this audit is a testament to our determination to maintain high standards of service and academic delivery. It reflects our shared vision of creating a learning environment where quality and excellence thrive,” she stated.
Dr. Mabborang also emphasized the importance of the audit in aligning the campus with the university's broader strategic goals. “These evaluations are not mere procedural activities; they are essential steps in ensuring that we remain responsive, innovative, and accountable to the needs of our stakeholders,” she added.
