With the aim of fostering awareness and promoting a drug-free environment within the campus, the Campus Student Council (CSC), in partnership with the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, successfully held an Anti-Drug Advocacy Symposium today. Student officers, along with all first-year students, actively participated in the event, showing their commitment to a safer and healthier student force.\r\nThe campus extends its heartfelt gratitude to Intelligence Officer II Rovina Remudaro Littaua of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Intelligence Officer I Rachelle P. Lagundi of the Preventive Education and Community Involvement (PECI) Division, Regional Office 2, for their invaluable contribution in sharing their expertise and insights on drug prevention and control. Their comprehensive discussions covered the legal framework surrounding dangerous drugs, preventive strategies, and the critical role of educational institutions in supporting the nationwide anti-drug campaign.\r\nThis symposium is just one of the many proactive initiatives undertaken by the campus to equip students with knowledge, instill responsibility, and strengthen their commitment to maintaining a drug-free academic environment.
