Today’s leadership seminar with the theme, "Leading with Integrity: Ethical Leadership and Mastery of Parliamentary Procedures", was a transformative experience led by the insightful Mr. John Michael C. Pattugalan.
In the first session, Ethical Leadership: Integrity in Action, Mr. Pattugalan emphasized the nine essential characteristics of effective leadership: honesty, accountability, consistency, fairness, transparency, humility, courage, empathy, and a commitment to the greater good. His engaging discussion highlighted how these traits not only build trust and respect within a team but also foster a culture of integrity that inspires others to follow suit.
Following this, Mr. Pattugalan introduced the Parliamentary Procedures. He guided the student leaders through the essential principles that govern formal meetings and resolution writing. With his expertise, young leaders gained valuable insights into navigating these procedures effectively, empowering them to lead organized and productive discussions.
